We provide additional or enhanced products/services to existing customers as part of our upselling activities, including celebration packages for special occasions.
Guests below 18 must be accompanied by guardians.
Certain offers may apply only to specific products or services. Please refer to the individual offer details.
Celebration offers are valid only for the period specified in the offer. Customers can only take advantage of offers as outlined in the specific terms.
All upselling products/services will be priced as stated at the time of the offer. Payment is due in accordance with our standard payment terms.
Orders for celebration services will be processed as per our standard procedures. Delivery times and costs will be provided during the order process.
Bookings require 100% advance payment. Confirmations are subject to availability.
Refunds are available only if cancelled by the provider due to weather or operational reasons.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our standard refund terms.
Customers must provide accurate information and adhere to these terms and conditions.
